AS WE ARE, LLC

A Care-Centered Creative Ecosystem

AS WE ARE is a human-centered creative, therapeutic, and strategic well-being organization addressing disconnection, stress, overwhelm, and the complexities of the human experience at both the individual and systems level. We build spaces where people can feel, connect, and make meaning. We partner with organizations to ensure those spaces where people are holistically well are not the exception, but the standard. Our work lives at the intersection of care, creativity, and structure. Not as separate offerings, but as a connected practice.

Program Development & Community Support

Debbie Ola

My therapeutic coaching practice weaves together my background in art therapy, psychotherapy, and liberatory healing practices to support individuals navigating life’s complexities. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, transitions, and questions of identity and meaning. This coaching practice is an integrative and collaborative process focused on growth, clarity, and resilience. I use creative practices, reflective dialogue, and holistic strategies to help clients deepen their self-awareness, expand their coping tools, and live with greater alignment.

Debbie is a warm and dedicated presence behind the scenes of As We Are, supporting the growth of the organization’s wellness programming with a special focus on group art therapy and maternal wellness offerings. With a background in public health and operations, she loves helping build the structure that lets these programs thrive, from shaping program frameworks and crafting outreach materials to organizing day to day workflows and helping form the partnerships that keep the work growing. At the heart of it all, she is driven by a belief in creating spaces where healing and community can flourish.
